Trip Refunds
Participants withdrawing at least two weeks prior to the trip of program will be given a creidt or refund equal to the full cost of the trip. There will be NO refund given for situations with less than two week's notice given or if a participant does not show up the day of a trip. Please understand that we make reservations and buy tickets well in advance and cannot afford to have empty seats on our trips.
No Substitutions
In the event that a participant cancels one or several trips, there will be no substitutions or trading spots to family members or friends. Each trip has a waiting list from which extra spots will be filled.
Wait Lists
Once trips are filled, we will take an unlimited waiting list per trip in the order they are received through our online registration software. When a trip space opens, we will call names on the list and who ever responds first will be awarded the open space. To be placed on a waiting list, please email us with the trip number, your child's name, and best phone number to reach you.
Walk In Registration
Will begin on May 30, 2012. Come in to the AYS office at 37 Pearson St, from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We can see what trips are still left and get your child signed up.
