Andover Youth Council is planning the 2008 revival of the Homegrown Film Festival. The event will premier movies made by AHS students and prizes will be awarded to films based on a variety of categories from Best Soundtrack to a People's Choice award. Start making your film now!
The registration period starts May 12th and runs through May 27th. Registration forms require title, running time (no longer than 15 minutes), maker, description, and a fee of $15. All films will be screened by a panel for appropriateness, so keep it clean. Movies must be submitted in mini DV format.
If you are having a problem accessing editing equipment, but have an idea that you want to put in motion contact AYS (they have SWEET new Mac computers with iMovie at AHS). The Show will be June 21st.
